A filmmaker’s brain, made local to BC.
Most listing videos look the same because nobody hands a creator a clear plan. Mintflow is the plan we wished someone had handed us on our first shoot — the brief, the shot list, the on-set direction, the edit playbook, and the platform-ready cuts. One studio. Available before sunrise on shoot day.
From design to distribution.
Four stages, one app. The same shot list moves from brief to set to edit to the platform-ready cut — no copy-paste between tools.
Pre-Production
Paste an address. Mintflow finds the schools, parks, transit, and landmarks worth filming, then generates a brief grounded in the actual neighborhood — hooks, USPs, shot list, titles, opener variants, pre-publish checks.
OpenProduction
A swipeable shot deck for the day of the shoot. Each card carries the framing, duration, gear, lens, movement, and audio cues — gear-aware, so a no-drone user never sees aerial shots they can't capture.
OpenPost-Production
An editor's playbook for the project — pacing prescriptions, color grading numbers, music recommendations, SFX cues, motion direction, voice-over scripts, and per-platform export specs.
OpenDistribution
Drop the finished cut in. Mintflow renders three platform-tuned reels — Instagram, YouTube Short, Facebook — with hooks, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and the right music. Browser-rendered, no upload to a server.
OpenI’m Deloar Hossain — most people on set call me Lovelu. I went to film school for cinematography.
In 2013 I started a video production company in Dhaka called Rawfilm. For ten years we shot TV commercials, corporate films, documentaries, music videos, and online commercials. Big crews, tight plans. Treatments and shot lists and lookbooks for every project. Things shipped on time because every shoot started with a clear brief.
I moved to Victoria in 2023 and founded Silent Story. I started shooting what was in front of me — listings for realtors, progress videos for builders renovating houses. The work was good, the demand was real, and the prospect was bigger than I expected.
But the way it was being made was nothing like what I came from. No briefs. No shot lists. No lookbooks. A creator and a half-formed idea and whatever came out came out. Same property, same neighborhood, ten different videos that all looked the same.
So I started writing my own version of the documents I used to receive on set in Dhaka — the brief, the shot list, the edit playbook — and running them on myself before each shoot. The work got sharper. The realtors I worked with noticed.
Mintflow is that system, made into one app. Built for the way listings and renovations actually get made in BC. The brief, the shoot, the edit, the cut you ship — one studio, one workflow.
Silent Story can shoot one house a weekend. Mintflow is meant to help film a thousand.
Trained on the BC market — VREB, OCP zoning, foreshore vs waterfront, neighborhood by neighborhood. Generic AI tools say ‘walkable’; we say ‘380m to Cordova Bay Elementary via Walema Ave.’
Every selling point cites a real number, a real distance, or a real name. The banned-phrases list — stunning, elevated, walkable, moments from — is enforced by the prompt, not just the founder.
Real cinematography language. Shot direction that knows your gear. Color grading with concrete numbers, not vibes. Built by a working DP who actually shoots listings.
Drop in a Victoria address.
